  I was pleasantly surprised today . I'll admit having gone in the past the service was just okay-bad. Today was great my daughter & I went for The Tuesday Buy One Get One Wings. Taylor our waitress was great very polite , provided great attentive service. I really think timing is the deciding factor on service. I have been there when It was packed for lunch & during big events. The service wasn't great . Going in at 2:30-3pm was perfect .
  
  Another great visit 10/08/2019  I took my friend & our 3 teenagers for a low carb friendly dinner . Jada our server was amazing! Our orders were exactly as placed , service was quick & friendly . I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a great keto / low carb meal . Especially on buy one get one traditional Tuesday! Thanks Jada -we had a great night !!

  I gave a 3 star on my first review!!!
  
  Ok , since then,  I recently returned to this location and concluded that !!
  Employees are as expected.  Very distracted or just not there. I sat and waited 30 min for any help. My waiter was very occupied with his friends he forgot he was at work. Thanks. The waiter was extremely rude and lazy. "DONT ASK FOR NAPKINS" to much to ask.  MANAGERS  will come up with excuses to protect employees,  bad customer service...Managers are a joke.
  I will not return. Not even for a water...

  I came here on a weekday for lunch with the colleagues. The downside is that the order of various wings took a long time to come out and took out waiter 3 tries to bring out the correct order. Nonetheless, she was friendly and the food was exactly what you expect. I imagine that the service may be even slower at busy times but cannot speak to that myself.
  
  I would consider coming back if I had ample time to wait for the food.

  I have been here multiple times for take out, about 4 times for dining. Service has never been that great but nothing to really talk about. I placed an online order yesterday afternoon for pick up today at 11am. I had a meeting at 1130 and even if it was 5-10 minutes late, which it usually is, i still have enough time to get the food to my meeting.
  I arrived at 11. Paid the bill, left a tip, cashier said she'd go check on the food.  Comes back says it's almost ready. 10 minutes later she returns and says the same thing. I told her I'd requested my order be ready by 11 since I had an 1130 meeting, she said they didn't have notice of the time I needed the order. I showed her my email confirmation with the time clearly on top. She said theirs didn't say that. Finally after 30 minutes when I'm very late for my meeting i asked to speak to the manager. She came out about 10 min later. I told her what was going on, she apologized. I asked if my food had even began being prepared before I arrived. She confirmed they didn't start making it until after I arrived. At 11.
  At which point I said if I'd have known that I would have cancelled the order and grabbed something quick at a drive thru. She said if she'd known I was waiting she would have hurried it along. How did no one let her know I was waiting? I was clearly upset. Waited there for over 45 min. Never was offered water or anything to drink, no kind of discount.
  All she said was, next time you order let me know and I'll try and do something for you. No thanks. Pretty sure I'll go somewhere else from now on.

  Queso came out cold, sent it back and they brought out the same tray of cold queso and chips. They took it off the bill but no one ever apologized for the poor food quality. Then the wings came and they were barely warm, this shit come out of the deep fryer, they should be hotter than a mother f@#$er. My recommendation is come here if you want to see a game and have a cold one.
